TERMS OF AGREEMENT
1. Commissioned works are for PERSONAL USE only.
2. Client must not reproduce the commissioned piece.
3. Artist reserves the right to decline a commission .
4. Please compile your references in 1 link, but do not send me .zip / .rar files.
5. My work cannot be used in any form of blockchain-related technology this includes NFT, cryptocurrency, or any future inventions in the space
6. I do not allow my art to be used for AI datasets.
SPECIAL NOTE:
- Twitch/Youtube/Discord assets are automatically for commercial use. This is quite a complicated topic but for the sake of commission for commercial use, the rates will stay the same and you can use the commissioned work on your respective channels as long as credits are due.
- Commissioned work for commercial/merch production are a different topic. Normally for these, I would require 2 - 3x the amount for full ownership but feel free to send me an email first so we can discuss.
PAYMENT METHOD
1. full payment upfront.
2. payment through Paypal, Gcash, or BPI only.
3. please note that I will be using our local currency (Philippine Peso) for the invoice.
4. NO REFUNDS OR CANCELLATIONS

WORK FLOW
1. Artist will send a sketch for approval.
2. Maximum of 2 minimal revisions only before the final rendering process.
3. Artist will send the completed work in .png format via google drive link. Unless requested by the client to send the work in .jpg format.
4. A piece may take up to 1 week - 3 months or so to finish. These depends on my personal schedule as I also work full time, and other factors as well.
ADDITIONAL FEES
1. Prices may vary depending on the complexity.
2. For additional characters, client must provide 80% of the base price. Max of 2 characters only.
3. For additional props, client must provide 40% of the base price. This still depends on the complexity of the item.
4. For additional revisions, it will cost a $10 fee.
5. For rush commissions or those with certain deadlines, I would require an additional 30% of the original rate.
6. (OPTIONAL) Backgrounds are possible however it will depend on its complexity. Feel free to send me a DM/Email for questions.
